Palate & Finish

Elegant attack, silky but present tannins, full body and vibrant freshness. Enveloping evolution, great structure, and remarkable taste persistence. Long and mineral finish, promising excellent aging potential. Ideal with braised beef in Barolo, stewed game, and aged cheeses.
