The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01L'Angiuli Bombino Nero rosato, classified Murgia IGT, is born from the pink vinification of Bombino Nero grapes, an indigenous Apulian variety.

Palate & Finish
02The late and unevenly ripening bunch yields unripe berries that give the wine good acidity and a moderate alcohol content, here set at 12% Vol. In the glass, this rosé offers aromas that foreshadow a distinct freshness. On the palate, its liveliness makes it an ideal companion for light dishes such as seafood salads, friselle with tomato and basil, or swordfish carpaccio.
