Fresh and savory entry, medium body, pleasant softness. Harmonious evolution, good acidity supporting the structure, clean finish. Medium-long fruity and mineral finish, ready to drink but with potential. Excellent with fish appetizers, shellfish, first courses with spring vegetables, and fresh cheeses.
