Clean and harmonious evolution, with a slight mineral note that ties everything together, finishing with pleasant freshness. Slender and thirst-quenching finish, with a return of citrus and a discreet persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with fish appetizers, shellfish, and crudités.
