02Full attack, round and savory tannins, enveloping body. Vibrant complexity, solid structure, harmonic balance, great persistence. Long and warm finish, with tertiary notes that promise excellent aging potential. Wild boar stew, roasted guinea fowl with truffle, medium and long-aged cheeses.
