Appearance & Nose
01The choice of Agricole Pietraventosa by Marianna Annio to dedicate themselves to limited editions and only in the best vintages for the Riserva Pietraventosa Magnum 1.5 Lt, a product of approximately 60-year-old alberello vineyards, results in a wine of considerable depth.

Palate & Finish
02The long fermentation of up to 15 days, enriched by pre and post-fermentation macerations, and an aging period that extends for at least 24 months, bestow upon this sparkling wine a rare and majestic structure. In the glass, the bubbles develop with vigor, anticipating complex notes.

03It pairs magnificently with intense dishes such as rosemary lamb chops, beef stew with polenta, or a full-bodied ragù.
