    Intense and deep garnet, clear. wild blackberry, dried plum, tobacco, leather, bitter cocoa, balsamic hints.

  2. Palate & Finish

    Enveloping attack, soft and warm, silky but present tannins, full and velvety body. Rich, layered evolution, with perfect fusion of fruit and tertiary notes, great balance. Long and persistent finish, with echoes of dried fruit and sweet spices, notable aging potential. Wild boar stew, beef braised, aged hard cheeses, dark chocolate.
