02Warm and enveloping attack, fresh acidity balanced by silky tannins and a full body. Compelling complexity, great structure, harmonious balance, and remarkable persistence. Long and deep finish, with echoes of dark chocolate and licorice, promises excellent longevity. Ideal with braised game, Barolo-braised beef, aged cheeses, and dark chocolate.
