Bright straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Fragrant nose of green apple, citrus, white flowers and notes of yeast. Fresh and lively attack, good acidity, slender and vibrant body.
Palate & Finish

Complex evolution with hints of bread crust and toasted almond, dynamic balance. Clean and savory finish, good length, promises evolution. Excellent with oysters, fish crudités, veal carpaccio, fresh cheeses.
