Colesel

Colesel is a historic winery located in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Cartizze hills. Owned by the Bortolin family for generations, in 1986 it was named Colesel in honor of the 3.5 hectares of vineyards in the Cartizze area, where the main headquarters is also located. Colesel is in fact the only winery to have complete control over the entire production chain in Cartizze. Here, visitors can tour the vineyards, the new winemaking facility, the sparkling wine production and bottling areas, and finally taste and purchase the wines in the tasting rooms inside the shop.
